Better care means? We provide better care due to our flexibility and ability to go above and beyond in ensuring we exceed client expectations. Elder care is a specialized care therefore, our staff is comprised of men and women who dedicate their life to meet your needs and requirements. We can provide this service in an assisted living, adult care, private home, hospice care or nursing home environment. Many families may use us to primarily take care of their loved ones or to fill in the hours they feel need additional service.  Whatever the need, we embrace it enthusiastically! Teamwork is fundamental to successful nursing care. The Better Care 4 You team works cohesively to ensure all our client's needs are met and that we can match the best nursing professional with the client based on their requirements.  But many nursing teams struggle with poor communication, lack of confidence in fellow team members, lack of unity around shared goals, and disruptive behavior.  We strive to train our team to have strengths in these areas.  The quality of professional relationships between various Certified Nursing Assistants and other staff can affect the quality of patient care and healthcare outcomes, which makes teamwork an urgent topic for us in any setting. ​Our nursing team includes registered nurses, advanced practice nurses, and licensed practical or vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants. Our company encompasses unlicensed assistive personnel such as nursing assistants and even unit secretaries and medical assistants.  We make sure to include all team members in initiatives to build teamwork, improve patient care, and achieve quality outcomes.  This inclusion also enhances motivation to engage more fully in quality improvement initiatives with each other and especially our clients.  We are able to bring in various services based on the need required for each client.  Let's talk about you and your families specific needs! ​

 Privacy and Confidentiality with all Services: 

​Our team holds to a very high standard in the area of privacy and confidentiality.  As we care for patients who are ill, infirm, injured, disabled and otherwise unable to care for themselves in many settings, we guarantee we will rollou​t the red carpet for them.  Our CNA's are health professionals who are highly trained.  Our teams perform a variety of basic services including, but not limited to:  In-home care, Stretcher Services, wheel chair services, helping walk, cleaning the client, lite cleaning of the client's specific area, preparing food, feeding, shopping when required, sitting in hospice care/hospitals, communicating, helping to check vital signs, personalize individualized care plan, meal prep plans, positioning, calling for transportation, going to appointments, keeping record of their progress weekly and reporting that to the families, as well as constantly assessing and newly developed needs.  All services are available, however, some may require additional pay.  Please let the staff know what your specific needs are so they can really take care of your loved ones needs.  We live to care!
