Each month, we honor an extraordinary caregiver who truly shines in their role. As a token of our appreciation, to recognize their outstanding dedication and hard work. The Caregiver of the Month will receive a:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

🗹 Client Feedback:

• Receive positive verbal or written feedback from clients or their families.

🗹 Attendance Excellence:

• No callouts during the month.
• No tardiness issues (arriving late or leaving early) within the month.
• Must have zero (0) points under the Attendance Point System for the month.

🗹 Policy Compliance:

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Acknowledged and signed the updated Employee Handbook​.

🗹 In-Service Training Participation:

• Attended at least one (1) online in-service training and one (1)  in-office training within the month.​

🗹 Performance and Conduct:

• No verbal or written warnings issued during the month.
• Timesheets must be error-free and submitted on time.

🗹 Attendance Point System Compliance:

• Must not used the Referral Program Incentive Credit (5-point credit) to cancel out attendance infractions during the month.

SELECTION PROCESS

The Administrative Team will review all eligible employees based on the outlined criteria. The decision will be final and announced on the first Monday of the following month.
